Role Overview
The position is Assistant Site Supervisor for interior project sites.
The role requires 6 months to 1 year of experience.
The role is based in Mumbai and requires travel to different sites as project requirements dictate.
Responsibilities
- Manage sites and coordinate daily activities with vendors.
- Arrange and procure materials required at the site.
- Coordinate material samples and obtain client approvals.
- Manage material entry at the site.
- Prepare and maintain MIR, MAS, ITR, and related documentation.
- Maintain records of material challans and deliveries.
- Prepare and submit project bills.
- Write professional client emails and messages about site requirements.
- Maintain daily attendance records for staff and workers.
- Take measurements and coordinate measurement certification.
- Follow site safety protocols and maintain safety documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word is required.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills are required.
