John R Harris & Partners is seeking an Interior Site Architect for its supervision team in Dubai to support project appointments in the UAE.

The role focuses on hospitality interior construction supervision, inspections, design compliance, coordination, and project close-out.

The candidate should be an Interior Designer or Architect with at least 12 years of work experience, including five years in the UAE.
The candidate must have successfully completed hospitality interior construction projects in the Middle East.
The preferred profile includes 10–12 years of experience and at least five years as an Interior Site Architect in luxury hospitality projects.

Inspect mock-ups and first-in-place installations, check compliance with design intent and details, and complete snagging at project completion.
Monitor interior works, project progress, quality, technical compliance, and contract conformance.
Coordinate and supervise interior design works and support the Resident Engineer.
