The employer is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer for projects in the UAE.

The role requires strong site execution skills and experience in interior fit-out projects.

The position is full-time.
Salary is AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant UAE experience.

Supervise daily interior fit-out site activities and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
Supervise civil and interior finishing works including gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and carpentry.
Read architectural, shop, and MEP drawings and monitor progress, manpower, materials, and workmanship.
Conduct quality inspections, resolve technical issues, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Coordinate material deliveries and manage snagging, rectification, inspections, and project handover.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on site.

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
A BE or bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering, or a diploma in architecture or civil engineering, is required.
A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Good knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works is required.
Applicants must be able to read and understand architectural and shop drawings.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
Immediate availability is preferred.
