Interior Fitout - Site Engineer

Role Overview

Key Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out projects.
• UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Immediate joining is required.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out works, site coordination, drawings, materials, and project execution is required.
• The candidate should coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and site management skills are required.
• The candidate should monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities at the project site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other site teams to support smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Review drawings and identify site-related technical issues.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with the project team.
• Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Resolve site issues with the project management team for timely solutions.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in the UAE and requires in-person work.
• Candidates in Dubai should be able to commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
