Interior Fit-out Site Foreman

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine the full scope of work.
• Supervise daily site operations, including workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to maintain smooth project execution.
• Organize, schedule, and track project activities to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain updated quotations for materials, equipment, and services.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to project managers and clients.
• Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, and completed work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in interior fit-out, finishing, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic speaking is preferred.
• Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
