Interior Fit-Out Engineer

Job Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, construction methods, and site execution.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out works at site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Prepare and follow up on material requirements, inspections, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely completion.
• Maintain proper site records and progress updates.

Salary

• AED 5,000–7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Location

• The posting states hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi.
