The role supports commercial and residential interior fit-out and decoration projects.
Role Description
- Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out and decoration works.
- Ensure tasks follow design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Review technical drawings, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues.
- Travel between cities across Saudi Arabia as required.
Candidate Profile
- Practical experience executing and supervising high-end interior fit-out and decoration works is required.
- Experience with interior design and visualization software is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
- Understanding of field sales and digital marketing is required.
- A confident, proactive, bold, and commercially minded approach is expected.
- Interest in luxury interiors, decoration, and fit-out is required.
