HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is seeking an Interior Designer with UAE fit-out and joinery experience to develop design concepts, produce drawings, and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Produce detailed design drawings and coordinate with the technical drafting team.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications as required.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with joinery, MEP, and fit out teams during project execution.
- Review shop drawings and material samples before production.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, UAE regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit out and joinery (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail fit out projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V Ray/Corona, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of joinery detailing, materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment

- The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept through execution while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
