WSP is seeking a Senior Interior Design Manager to support projects in Riyadh.
The role leads interior design works and a dedicated team throughout all project phases.
Interior Design Leadership
- Lead and supervise interior design works through all project phases.
- Manage a dedicated interior design team and support delivery of large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with architects and design disciplines, including lighting and MEP final fix, to resolve design and construction issues.
- Provide expert input on materials and finishes while balancing client preferences with project requirements.
Documentation and Delivery
- Contribute to and approve construction interior design details in line with the overall design vision.
- Manage and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other construction documentation.
- Ensure design intent and approved modifications are reflected in documentation and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate as-built drawings for project records.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related subject is required.
- Experience in architecture, interior design, and design management is preferred, ideally at 15 or more years.
- Experience with architectural design management and delivery of large-scale Middle East projects is preferred.
- Experience with high-rise towers, ideally 300 meters or taller, is preferred.
- A transferable Iqama is required.
