Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative design concepts and space planning solutions tailored to commercial clients' brand identity.
Create comprehensive execution drawings, construction documents, and detailed layouts (including ceiling, flooring, lighting...).
Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to present design concepts effectively to clients.
Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that meet commercial standards and budget constraints.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial interior design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop & Illustrator.
Strong skills in concept design, space planning, technical drawings, and 3D visualization.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
