Role Overview
WSP is seeking a Senior Interior Design Manager to support projects in Riyadh.
The role focuses on leading interior design delivery and managing a dedicated team across project phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise interior design works throughout all project phases.
- Manage a dedicated interior design team on large-scale projects.
- Coordinate with architects and disciplines such as lighting and MEP final fix teams.
- Resolve design and construction-related issues to support project execution.
- Select materials and finishes while balancing client, architectural, and project requirements.
- Contribute to and approve construction interior design details.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other construction documentation.
- Ensure design intent and approved modifications are reflected and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate as-built drawings for project records.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related subject is required.
- Experience in architecture, interior design, and architectural design management is required.
- Experience leading the delivery of large-scale projects in the Middle East is required.
- Approximately 15 or more years of experience is preferred.
- High-rise tower experience, ideally on towers exceeding 300 metres, is preferred.
