Role description
Develop creative, functional and cost-effective interior design solutions for commercial and residential projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
Work with architects, engineers, project managers and suppliers to ensure design intent is realized during construction and finishing.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Prepare design concepts, mood boards and material palettes.
- Create detailed space plans and coordinate FF&E selections.
- Produce drawings and documentation aligned with project requirements and local regulations.
- Participate in site visits and review shop drawings.
- Support value engineering and maintain consistent design standards across projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in interior design, concept development, material selection and FF&E coordination.
- Strong space-planning skills for efficient, safe and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Knowledge of architecture fundamentals and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to produce and review construction drawings and design documentation.
- Relevant academic background in interior design, architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools and MS Office.
- Understanding of Saudi building codes, local regulations and industry standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior regional commercial, hospitality or high-end residential experience is advantageous.
