Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and technically strong Mid-Level Interior Designer to support and collaborate with our Middle East Interior Design team in the delivery of workplace, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, education, and mixed-use projects.

The successful candidate will contribute across all project stages, from concept design through design development, tender documentation, and IFC packages.

This role requires a balance of creative design thinking, technical documentation expertise, BIM proficiency, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

The designer will work closely with regional project teams, architects, engineers, BIM specialists, and FF&E consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with project objectives and Middle East market requirements.

• Develop interior design solutions from concept through design development stages in collaboration with Middle East project teams.
• Prepare and coordinate interior design documentation including plans, RCPs, elevations, finishes schedules, and detailed design packages using Revit.
• Produce BIM models, design presentations, and visualization outputs to communicate design intent effectively.
• Support FF&E selection, furniture layouts, material specifications, and schedule management.
• Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, BIM teams, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Assist with tender documentation, RFIs, design revisions, and project quality reviews.
• Manage assigned project packages independently while delivering work to agreed quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
