Responsibilities
- Supervise interior design and fit-out works during construction to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and construction activities.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples for compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to the Resident Engineer and supervision team.
- Ensure all interior finishing works meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and report non-conformances and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on interior works progress, quality, and potential risks.
- Verify completed works and participate in snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety requirements, and project procedures.
- Review contractor method statements and construction methodologies related to interior works.
- Support project close-out activities, including final inspections and documentation reviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design and site supervision, preferably on large-scale building projects.
- Previous experience working on supervision or construction management projects in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, fit-out construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with international standards, Saudi building regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other relevant design and project management software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
