Lucera Designo is looking for an Interior Design Sales professional in Dubai to generate leads, meet clients, present design concepts, and close sales deals. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in interior design or furniture sales.

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new clients
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences
- Present interior design concepts, materials, and company services professionally
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the design team
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Conduct site visits when required
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records
- Monitor market trends and competitors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in interior design, fit out, or furniture sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furniture is preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
