About the Role
Monogram Interiors is seeking an Interior Design Coordinator to oversee design activities from development through construction, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage shop drawing teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all project design activities from design development through construction
- Coordinate with Client's Lead Designer, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Manage third party or in house shop drawing teams and ensure timely submissions
- Review shop drawings for compliance with design intent, specifications, and buildability
- Capture design changes and assess cost, programme, procurement, and construction impacts
- Coordinate Interior Design, MEP, IT, AV, Security, Joinery, and specialist trades
- Lead design coordination meetings and resolve clashes before construction
- Coordinate RFIs and consultant comments into revised drawings
- Liaise with joinery production team and monitor manufacturing progress
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely release of fabrication information
- Maintain revision registers and provide design progress reports to management
Requirements
- 3 years of interior design experience (preferred)
- Experience with commercial office fit out projects

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all project design activities from design development through construction.
- Coordinate with the Client's Lead Designer, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Manage third party or in house shop drawing teams and ensure timely submissions in line with the project programme.
- Review shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, authority requirements, and buildability.
- Ensure all required details are coordinated and captured before submission.
- Capture design changes requested by the Client's Lead Designer and assess any cost, programme, procurement, or construction impacts, advising the project team accordingly.
- Coordinate Interior Design, MEP, IT, AV, Security, Joinery, and specialist trades to ensure fully coordinated drawings.
- Lead design coordination meetings and resolve clashes before construction and fabrication.
- Coordinate RFIs and consultant comments and ensure timely incorporation into revised drawings.
- Liaise with the joinery production team, monitor manufacturing progress, and identify programme risks.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely release of fabrication information.
- Maintain revision registers and provide regular design progress reports to management.
Compensation
- Pay: AED6,500.00 AED7,000.00 per month
