Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop interior concepts, layouts, and details for projects across residential, commercial, cultural, and mixed use sectors
- Perform space planning, prepare design presentations, produce drawings and specifications
- Coordinate interior fit out details and review materials, finishes, and furniture selections
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Support site visits and inspections to monitor design quality and implementation
- Contribute to project documentation, design reviews, and internal critiques
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Interior Architecture and Architecture
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit out, including materials, finishes, joinery, and detailing
- Demonstrated experience in Space Planning
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or closely related field
- Proficiency in industry standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Role Description
- Full time, on site Interior Architect role based in Hong Kong SAR studio.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop interior concepts, layouts, and details.
- Daily tasks include space planning, preparing design presentations, producing drawings and specifications, coordinating interior fit out details, and reviewing materials, finishes, and furniture selections.
- Close coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers; support site visits and inspections.
- Contribute to project documentation, design reviews, and internal critiques.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Interior Architecture and Architecture.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit out, including materials, finishes, joinery, and detailing.
- Demonstrated experience in Space Planning.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or closely related field.
- Proficiency in industry standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Experience on interior projects in Hong Kong or wider region and familiarity with local codes is an advantage.
- Professional experience with site coordination, consultant liaison, and contractor communication is beneficial.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin required; additional language skills are an asset.
