Role summary
Join the marketing team on a three-month fixed-term contract as an Interim Campaign Manager.
Deliver hands-on campaign activity across paid, owned, and earned channels.
This is an execution and coordination role rather than a strategy-setting position.
Campaign planning and delivery
- Turn marketing priorities into clear campaign plans with the Head of Marketing.
- Coordinate campaign activity, timelines, assets, creative development, approvals, and calendars.
- Work with internal teams, agencies, and creative partners to launch campaigns on time.
Campaign execution
- Deliver campaigns designed to attract and convert new customers and participants.
- Coordinate digital, CRM, social media, paid media, lead generation, and conversion activity.
- Support testing of audiences, messaging, offers, and channels.
Performance and optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular updates on key metrics.
- Use campaign data to identify improvement opportunities and optimise underperforming activity.
