Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among internal departments, project teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Track and manage interface issues, maintain coordination logs
- Organize meetings and ensure timely exchange of technical and contractual information
- Support project managers by preparing reports, documenting decisions, and following up on action items
- Review interface related documentation, align schedules and deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination processes and standards
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or interface management within construction, engineering, or related industries
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, meeting facilitation, and documentation
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of construction or oil and gas project lifecycles
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate clearly in English
