What makes you a great fit?

This role demands someone equally comfortable reading a support ticket and reading an API log.

• Technically Curious: You're comfortable working with APIs, credentials, SQL, and structured data (SFTP/ETL feeds, JSON/XML payloads, source ID mappings) and you're not afraid to dig into logs or ask an engineer a sharp question.
• AI-First Instinct: You reach for AI tools by default to triage tickets, draft root-cause writeups, or prototype fixes for recurring request types - not as a novelty, but because it's how you naturally work. Bonus if you can point to something you've already built (a script, an n8n flow, a Claude-based tool) that closed a gap without being asked.
• Pattern Recognition Under Volume: You move quickly through a high-volume ticket queue without treating every ticket as a one-off - you're the one who notices three "unrelated" tickets are actually the same upstream failure.
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate Systems: Prior exposure to Yardi, MRI, or similar property management/accounting platforms, and familiarity with CRE leasing concepts (leases, dispositions, stacking plans, rent rolls).
• Clear Communicator: You can explain a technical integration issue to a non-technical property manager, and just as easily loop in an engineer with the specifics they need.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, integrations, or a related SaaS support role.
