Role Overview
The Integration Support Engineer will support enterprise application integrations, troubleshoot integration issues, and work with APIs, middleware, data formats, and integration platforms.
The role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS, APIs, cloud technologies, data processing, and customer-focused technical support.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Troubleshoot and support enterprise application integrations, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTTP/S, SFTP, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
- Configure and support integrations using Workato, Apache NiFi, or similar ESB/iPaaS platforms.
- Analyze logs and stack traces to identify root causes and resolve integration failures.
- Apply synchronous and asynchronous processing, messaging, retries, idempotency, and publish/subscribe patterns.
- Collaborate with application owners, SMEs, database teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support integrations involving enterprise applications, B2B systems, ERP, procurement, and contract management platforms.
