Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise integration strategies, governance frameworks, standards, and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead integration programs covering application integration, API management, enterprise service bus, middleware solutions, data integration, cloud integration, and system interoperability
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data teams, product management, business units, vendors, and executive leadership
- Manage end to end integration delivery including requirements analysis, solution design, development coordination, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support
- Establish and maintain integration governance practices including API standards, integration patterns, security requirements, documentation standards, data exchange protocols, and lifecycle management processes
- Monitor key performance indicators including integration availability, transaction success rates, API performance, system reliability, incident resolution, delivery timelines, integration quality, and operational efficiency
- Lead integration architecture reviews, technical assessments, dependency analysis, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage integration platforms, middleware environments, APIs, data pipelines, automation workflows, and connectivity solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Support digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, application modernization, enterprise automation, data integration, and platform optimization programs
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, integration partners, software providers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop integration engineers, architects, developers, analysts, and cross functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, application integration, middleware, API management, software engineering, or related technology roles
- 2+ years of experience managing integration teams, enterprise integration programs, architecture initiatives, or complex technology implementations preferred
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, microservices, middleware platforms, data integration, cloud integration, enterprise architecture, system interoperability, and integration security principles
- Experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, AWS Integration Services, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, Apache Kafka, or similar platforms
- Experience with API Management platforms, iPaaS solutions, ERP systems, CRM platforms, cloud platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, monitoring tools, and integration analytics solutions
- Strong leadership, analytical, technical, project management, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, vendor management, documentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, application integration, middleware, API management, software engineering, or related technology roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing integration teams, enterprise integration programs, architecture initiatives, or complex technology implementations preferred.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, microservices, middleware platforms, data integration, cloud integration, enterprise architecture, system interoperability, and integration security principles.
- Experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, AWS Integration Services, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, Apache Kafka, or similar platforms.
- Experience with API Management platforms, iPaaS solutions, ERP systems, CRM platforms, cloud platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, monitoring tools, and integration analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) enabled automation, event driven architecture, robotic process automation (RPA), DevOps practices, containerization, cybersecurity controls, and digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
