Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a complex and fast-paced environment.

supporting the construction, fit-out, integration, commissioning, or operation of data centers, critical facilities, telecommunications facilities, or other mission-critical environments.

coordinating network infrastructure, low-voltage systems, security systems, telecommunications infrastructure, or facility technology deployments within complex construction or technical project environments.

Knowledge of construction safety principles, site safety programs, and industry best practices related to health and safety management.

managing vendors, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, procurement processes, contract administration, project controls, and operational readiness activities. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to build alignment, influence stakeholders, and successfully deliver projects through collaboration across diverse teams and organizations.
