Responsibilities
- Lead integrated media strategies aligned to client business objectives and full funnel marketing goals
- Oversee planning across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, Native, Audio, CTV/OTT, DOOH, Influencer, Affiliate, SEO support, Retail Media, App Marketing and Contextual Advertising
- Oversee traditional media planning including TV, Radio, Cinema, OOH, Airport, Mall, Transit, Print, Sponsorships, Activations, POS and Experiential
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, leading planning sessions, presentations and executive stakeholder management
- Drive commercial growth through account expansion, upselling, cross selling, new business pitches and RFP responses
- Lead media buying strategy, negotiations with media owners, annual deals and investment optimization
- Ensure flawless campaign implementation, pacing, optimization, reporting and post campaign analysis
- Define KPIs, oversee analytics, attribution, dashboards and performance reporting with actionable insights
- Develop audience segmentation, consumer insights, competitor analysis and customer journey strategies
- Lead, mentor and develop integrated media teams while fostering accountability and collaboration
- Work closely with Account Management, Creative, PR, Social, Performance, Analytics, Finance & Operations
- Manage media budgets, forecasting, profitability, reconciliations, and financial governance

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
- 10+ years experience in media agencies
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing multi million dollar media budgets across offline and digital

- The Integrated Media Director is responsible for developing and delivering omnichannel media strategies across digital, offline, and emerging channels while driving measurable business outcomes, agency growth, client satisfaction and team performance.
