- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in marketing within HR, recruitment, or professional services preferred
- Arabic language skills preferred

Role Description
- The Integrated Marketing Manager (part time, hybrid in Dubai) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
- Supports brand growth and talent acquisition objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop market and campaign plans.
- Coordinate multi channel marketing initiatives (digital, social, email, events).
- Align messaging with business goals.
- Manage marketing projects end to end including timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
