Role Description
Support insurance operations, policy administration, customer service, claims coordination, documentation, and insurance-related transactions.
Work with customers, insurers, brokers, underwriters, claims teams, and internal departments to process policies, claims, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with insurance applications, quotations, renewals, endorsements, amendments, and cancellations.
- Review and verify customer, policy, coverage, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare quotations, policy schedules, certificates, forms, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with customers, insurers, brokers, underwriters, claims teams, and service providers.
- Support new policy issuance and existing policy administration.
- Assist with claims registration, documentation collection, processing, and follow-up.
- Review claim forms, invoices, reports, photographs, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up on pending applications, renewals, endorsements, claims, approvals, and settlements.
- Respond to customer inquiries about policies, coverage, claims, renewals, and processing status.
- Maintain records and update CRM, claims, and policy-management systems.
- Monitor policy expiries, renewal requirements, outstanding documents, and processing deadlines.
- Assist with premium payments, receipts, refunds, discrepancy identification, reports, audits, compliance checks, and process improvement.
