Advise clients on insurance products and close new policies.
Combine consultative selling with insurance expertise to match products to client needs.
The role is remote and full-time.
Compensation
- Indicative compensation is $50,000–$90,000 USD equivalent, plus benefits.
- Compensation is described as competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis across personal lines including auto, home, life, and health.
- Quote and present tailored policy options.
- Close new business and maintain renewals and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet activity and sales targets.
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active insurance license in the relevant jurisdiction, such as Property and Casualty, Life and Health, or an equivalent license.
- At least two years of insurance sales or financial services sales experience.
- Strong consultative selling and needs-discovery skills.
- Familiarity with insurance CRM and quoting platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a track record in commission-based environments.
