Responsibilities
- Sell the organization's propositions to new and existing clients
- Meet the company set sales objectives on a monthly basis
- Act as the client's point of entry, taking responsibility for the customer experience
- Show good understanding of client needs and apply advanced customer interaction skills
- Identify client needs using digital tools and explain recommendations, suggest additional offerings (cross selling)
- Support specific marketing campaigns and contribute to product/service enhancement
- Show expected sales behavior while adhering to local organization standards and process

Overview

Key Accountabilities
- Sell the organization's propositions to new and existing clients.
- Meet the company set sales objectives on a monthly basis.
- Act as the client's point of entry to the organization, Takes responsibility for the customer experience, resolving and escalating their issues and keeping oversight of service delivery to the client to ensure service expectations are fulfilled at all stages of the process.
- Show good understanding of the client needs and apply advanced customer interaction skills.
- Identify client needs using the allocated digital tools and explain the recommendations to the client, suggest additional offerings if there are fulfilled needs (cross selling).
- Support specific marketing campaigns, provide input and actively contributes to the enhancement of the organization's products, services and process.
- Show expected sales behavior while fully adhering to local organization standards and process.
Requirements
- UAE LIFE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE (Life Insurance Sales / Wealth Management).
- Proven successful track record.
