About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage insurance policy administration, claims, end-of-service settlements, leave management, visa costs, and payroll. You will handle renewals, EOS calculations, WPS, and GPSSA.

Responsibilities
- Handle full company insurance renewals (Medical, WMC, Business Policy, etc.) including employee additions and deletions
- Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain quotations and secure management approval
- Handle and follow up on employee insurance claims
- Calculate and process End of Service (EOS) settlements in compliance with labor laws
- Calculate and manage employee leave balances, encashments, and adjustments
- Coordinate visa related cost arrangements, including tracking and reconciliation
- Prepare and process cheques related to payroll, settlements, and reimbursements
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement
- Handle WPS submissions
- Process and reconcile GPSSA contributions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations and payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of insurance administration, EOS calculations, leave management, WPS, GPSSA, and visa related procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- UAE experience: 4 years (Required)
