Insulation Labourer - Wilton

Altrad are currently looking for an Insulation Labourer to join the team at Wilton for upcoming planned works. The shift pattern is Monday to Thursday 8 hours, Friday 6 hours. The pay rate is in line with TICA agreement, £16.19 per hour plus £1.25 hourly bonus. The role is fixed term with an end date of 25/09/2026 approx. Must be local to site. Key Deliverables: Clean and prepare surfaces on pipes, tanks, or ductwork before insulation is applied. Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and insulation supplies around the job site. Help measure, cut, and hold insulation materials (such as foam, mineral wool, or foil) in place. Strip away old or damaged insulation materials, following safety rules for safe disposal. Follow site safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean workspace. Key Requirements: A valid CCNSG Safety Passport or EMSS Certification Previous labouring or site experience
