Responsibilities
- Perform hands on troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of instruments including transmitters, switches, analyzers, vibration instrumentation, and valves
- Use hand tools and test instruments for calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments
- Remove, install, and adjust vibration probes as per machine requirement
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in respective trade (12+3 years)
- 5 years relevant and hands on experience in respective trade, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of instruments
- Hands on experience in usage of hand tools
- Hands on experience in usage of test instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments
- Hands on experience in removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement
- Basic report writing skills
- Able to communicate well in written & spoken English
- Awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant
- Well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries
- Awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Shall have hands on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments: Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature); Switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature); Analyzers (pH and Conductivity); Vibration Instrumentation (Acce
- Shall have hands on experience in the usage of Hand tools
- Shall have hands on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments
- Shall have hands on experience in the removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement
- Shall have the proven competency and experience as required in the relevant Scope of Work
- Shall have basic report writing skills
- Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.
- Shall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant
- Shall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries
- Shall have an awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant
Qualifications
