Join the Hyderabad and Bengaluru-based Training team as a Senior Instructor supporting customer success.
Deliver engaging training experiences that help individuals and organizations adopt Salesforce technologies.
Instructors act as educators, subject matter experts, and advocates for customer success through live instruction, workshops, and event-based learning.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-many customer training experiences, hands-on workshops, and multi-day instructor-led courses virtually and in person.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear learning moments for audiences with varying experience levels.
- Lead interactive sessions that encourage participation, discussion, and practical application.
- Advise Success Plan customers on best practices, technical guidance, and adoption recommendations.
- Accelerate adoption of Salesforce technologies through workshops and learning programs.
