Reporting to the National Manager, Technical Services, the Instructor, Service Training will conduct technical training in an engaging and positive learning environment for our Retail Partner Technicians, which will improve our customers experience and support service retention . Areas of instruction include correct maintenance and repair procedures, theory and operation of new technology, use of online service information system (MGSS) and operation of the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS). Occasional travel is required to Regional Offices as well as internationally for meetings or train the trainer educational sessions. Travel may also be required to various offsite college locations to conduct training for retail partners in the vicinity.
