Responsible for classroom, laboratory, and curriculum development activities related to Electrical Engineering Technology, Automated Controls, focused on automation and machine-level control systems used in manufacturing environments. Instruction includes electrical circuits, electronics, programmable logic control (PLCs, Allen Bradley), industrial control systems, safety systems, servo systems, and equipment integration, preparing students to install, program, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems commonly used in modern production facilities. Faculty are expected to support workforce-aligned program innovation and maintain strong industry partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree in a qualifying field, or Associate’s degree in a qualifying field with certifications, or Associate’s degree in a qualifying field and two (2) years of applicable work experience, or nationally recognized certification within subject matter, or by exception.
Teaching experience is a plus.
Qualifying Fields: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology, Engineering, C Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Master’s degree in a qualifying field
Special requirements and conditions
Flexible schedule and some travel required; must have a valid vehicle operator’s license.
Work with dual-enrollment high school students (background check will be required).
Range: $41,555 - $50,900
