Your opportunity: The Department of Statistical Sciences is one of the top ten statistics departments in North America, with our faculty developing numerous important innovations in statistical science. Under the general supervision of the Manager, Undergraduate Programs, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support for the teaching of Statistical Sciences courses. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to enquiries within the defined scope of the role and redirecting as appropriate Disseminating program and/or service information Booking rooms and arranging appropriate accommodations Coordinating the preparation and distribution of program and/or course material Editing program and service materials Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items Proofreading and fact-checking content Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate space and resource requirements Essential Qualifications: Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience. Minimum two years of recent and related experience providing undergraduate program support to university faculty, TAs, and staff in an undergraduate office.
