About the Role

Responsibilities and Scope

• Develop storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities using PowerPoint, Word, and modern authoring tools.
• Create instructional blueprints that define structure, flow, and visual specifications for content development.
• Build instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended materials, including instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, activities, and self-study content.
• Visualize learning flows and translate complex content into clear, intuitive learner experiences.
• Use Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adapt to produce SCORM-compliant digital learning assets.
• Incorporate graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements into learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholders to gather inputs and refine content.
• Follow development guidelines, checklists, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage assigned deliverables and complete them according to project timelines.
