KYC And Onboarding Analyst — Financial Services

• Dubai or Abu Dhabi \| AED 14,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience)
• A regulated financial services firm, backed by major global institutions, is hiring a KYC / Onboarding Analyst to join its growing team in the UAE.
• You'll own end-to-end client due diligence for sophisticated professional clients — corporates, funds, and complex multi-jurisdictional structures.
• Day-to-day, you'll be running KYC/CDD checks, conducting EDD on high-risk cases, identifying UBOs across layered ownership structures, and verifying Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.
• You'll work closely with front office and compliance, manage a high-volume pipeline against tight SLAs, and apply a pragmatic, risk-based approach to financial crime.
• What you'll need:
• 2–3 years' KYC / CDD / AML experience in financial services, banking, or brokerage
• Hands-on experience with corporates, funds, and multi-layered ownership structures
• Confidence handling PEPs, high-risk jurisdictions, and EDD cases
• Strong grasp of UBO identification and SoW / SoF verification
• **Exposure to digital assets, crypto markets, or institutional VASPs is strongly preferred**
• This is a high-impact role at a firm operating at the institutional end of the market.
