- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in institutional effectiveness, institutional research or quality assurance in a CAA accredited University
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Purpose
- To support the collection, analysis, interpretation and application of institutional data in support of the University’s reporting requirements (internal and external) to achieve RIT’s strategic goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) Office.
- Support institutional planning, assessment, research, and evaluation activities.
- Assist in implementing processes for reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of academic programs and support services.
- Compile, organize, and maintain quantitative and qualitative data related to institutional effectiveness.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of data and supporting documentation.
- Support the administration and coordination of institutional surveys and assessments.
- Provide administrative and documentation support for submission of assessment, evaluation, and accreditation reports.
- Assist in course folders and program review processes.
- Support University wide initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including QHSE requirements.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in institutional effectiveness, institutional research or quality assurance in a CAA accredited University.
- Computer proficiency skills, which include advanced knowledge of Excel & Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
