Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively engage institutional prospects including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and proprietary trading firms
- Manage and nurture key account relationships, serving as primary point of contact for senior institutional stakeholders
- Oversee the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial outreach through KYC/AML compliance, account setup, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate cross functionally with product, trading, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify business opportunities
- Represent the business at industry conferences, events, and networking forums
- Negotiate and close high value commercial agreements with institutional counterparties
Requirements
- Experience in institutional business development or key account management in the digital asset or financial services industry
- Strong network of institutional clients such as hedge funds, asset managers, family offices
- Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance and client onboarding processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
