Installer/Maintenance Technician

Minimum Qualifications

• ● High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant technical certifications or further education are a plus.
• ● Proven experience in installing and maintaining microwave radio systems.
• ● Strong technical understanding of microwave frequencies, antennas, and related hardware.
• ● Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
• ● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• ● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• ● Exceptional customer service abilities.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• ● Ability to work an on-call schedule and overtime when necessary.
• ● Willingness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• ● Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
• ● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. Must be willing to use a personal vehicle for field work, with mileage reimbursed at the standard federal rate. Appropriate insurance coverage is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a competitive hourly rate ($32 to $36 per hour) depending on experience along with a comprehensive benefit package, including:
