In this role, you will assist in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of advanced warehouse automation systems at customer sites throughout the United States, and occasionally internationally.

Position Summary
OPEX Corporation is seeking motivated and skilled Installation Technicians to join our dynamic Installation Team.
In this role, you will assist in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of advanced warehouse automation systems at customer sites throughout the United States, and occasionally internationally.
This role requires extensive travel, offers overtime opportunities, and includes paid travel expenses.
This position involves hands-on mechanical and electrical installation work, equipment testing, and system setup.
This position is ideal for individuals who are technically capable, motivated to learn, and interested in growing into leadership, foreman, or supervisory roles within the installation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble warehouse automation equipment including conveyors, robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), and sortation systems.
- Install mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and control devices.
- Follow installation instructions, engineering drawings, and standard trade practices under the direction of the Foreman or Supervisor.
- Support troubleshooting of electromechanical systems and PLC-controlled equipment during installation and startup.
