We are seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Manager to lead our installation operations, oversee field personnel, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout our territory.
Position Summary
The Installation Manager is responsible for maintaining, managing, and continuously improving the Production Department, its personnel, and operational processes within an assigned territory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality installations, efficient scheduling, employee development, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities,Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, motivate, and, when necessary, terminate Installation Technicians, Warehouse Technicians, Detail/Service Technicians, and Helpers.
- ,Conduct in-house training for new employees during their first week of employment.Hold weekly installer and staff meetings.
- ,Conduct one-on-one coaching and performance discussions with team members.
- Document employee performance and conduct issues as appropriate.
