Science Insights is hiring an Installation Manager to lead installation operations, field teams, and project execution in the UAE. The role involves developing installation strategies, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and overseeing project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement installation strategies, operational procedures, and project execution plans
- Lead end to end installation operations including project planning, scheduling, site preparation, equipment installation, commissioning support, testing, handover, and post installation activities
- Manage installation teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and field technicians to ensure efficient execution and high quality workmanship
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement, logistics, quality assurance, health and safety, customer success, and executive leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including installation completion rates, on time project delivery, first time quality, customer satisfaction, safety performance, installation costs, productivity, and warranty claims
- Review technical drawings, installation specifications, project documentation, work instructions, and engineering change requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, building codes, environmental requirements, manufacturer guidelines, and organizational policies
- Manage installation schedules, labor allocation, equipment utilization, materials availability, contractor performance, and project risks
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, progress reviews, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning
- Utilize ERP systems, project management software, CAD tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and reporting platforms
- Prepare installation reports, project dashboards, resource forecasts, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and develop installation supervisors, field engineers, site coordinators, technicians, and cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in installation management, field operations, construction, engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, or related project delivery roles
- 2+ years of experience managing installation teams, field operations, or multi site project execution preferred
- Strong understanding of installation methodologies, project management, commissioning processes, quality assurance, workplace safety, contractor management, and operational planning
- Experience with ERP systems, project management software, CAD platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, scheduling tools, and field service management systems
- Strong leadership, technical, organizational, analytical, budgeting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer relationship, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to lead multiple installation projects while balancing safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Ability to work independently in on site and hybrid operational environments with travel to project sites as required

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead installation operations, field teams, and project execution activities.
- The ideal candidate will oversee installation planning, workforce coordination, quality assurance, and project delivery while ensuring installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and customer requirements.

- Master's degree or professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent are advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in installation management, field operations, construction, engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, or related project delivery roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing installation teams, field operations, or multi site project execution preferred.
- Strong understanding of installation methodologies, project management, commissioning processes, quality assurance, workplace safety, contractor management, and operational planning.
- Experience with ERP systems, project management software, CAD platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, scheduling tools, and field service management systems.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital field technologies, mobile workforce management solutions, IoT enabled equipment, and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, technical, organizational, analytical, budgeting, and problem solving skills.
