Al Ameen Industries LLC is seeking a physically fit Installation Helper to support installation supervisors on project sites across the UAE. Candidates need at least 1 year of construction or metal installation experience and basic tool proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and mark installation points using tape measure, ruler, and level
- Safely operate basic power tools including hand drills, angle grinders, and screw guns
- Assist in loading, transporting, and maneuvering heavy metal fixtures on site
- Hold materials, fixtures, or components in position for lead installer to bolt, weld, or secure
- Assist in preparing the installation area, including basic surface cleaning and material organization
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols (PPE, ladder safety, material handling procedures)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on construction sites or in metal installation/erection environments
- Proven basic ability to read a tape measure and understand simple measurements and angles
- Comfortable handling and operating common hand and power tools safely
- Physically capable of heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of instructions in English or Hindi/Urdu
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive attitude towards site work

Job Summary

Core Responsibilities
- Measurement: Accurately measure and mark installation points using a tape measure, ruler, and level. Assist the supervisor in verifying dimensions on site.
- Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate basic power tools, including hand drills, angle grinders (for cleaning/deburring), and screw guns.
- Loading & Positioning: Assist in carefully loading, transporting, and maneuvering heavy metal fixtures (e.g., gates, racks, display units) on site.
- Installation Support: Hold materials, fixtures, or components in position for the lead installer to bolt, weld, or secure.
- Preparation: Assist in preparing the installation area, including basic surface cleaning and material organization.
- Site Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols (PPE, ladder safety, material handling procedures) on client sites.
