- Inspect telecom infrastructure including fiber networks, switches, routers, servers and communication systems
- Monitor contractor performance in maintaining network uptime, connectivity and system reliability
- Verify compliance with technical specifications, cybersecurity standards and operational requirements
- Identify faults, network degradation and system issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with NOC, data center and ITS teams to resolve critical communication and system issues
