Inspector - Electrical

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical inspections during rough-in, trim-out, and final construction stages.
• Inspect wiring, panels, circuits, grounding systems, safety devices, and other electrical installations.
• Test systems, document findings, identify deficiencies, and communicate non-compliance issues.
• Recommend corrective actions and verify that issues are resolved to specification.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve electrical concerns.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, photographic evidence, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Monitor site adherence to electrical safety protocols and remain current with codes and industry practices.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in electrical building construction inspection or a related field is required.
• A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of UAE electrical codes, IEC standards, project specifications, and electrical safety regulations is required.
• Strong organizational and technical skills are required for inspections, documentation, and reporting.
