About the Role
Iran Catalyst is hiring an Inspection Specialist for technical inspection of equipment and industrial items. The role involves reviewing technical documents, quality control, and risk-based inspection.

Responsibilities
- Technical inspection of equipment, goods, and industrial items
- Review technical and quality documents
- Control compliance of equipment specifications with project requirements
- Participate in preparing inspection reports
- Collaborate in activities related to RBI / Risk Based Inspection
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical, materials, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, industrial engineering or related field
- Familiarity with inspection of fixed equipment, industrial items, technical documents, certificates, and inspection standards
- Ability to review quality documents such as ITP, MTC, Datasheet, drawings, test certificates, and inspection reports
- Familiarity with corrosion concepts, degradation mechanisms, non destructive tests, and quality control requirements
- Familiarity with basic RBI concepts, equipment risk assessment, and inspection prioritization is a plus
- High accuracy, responsibility, technical report writing ability, and interest in project and industrial environment

- شرکت ایران کاتالیست به منظور تکمیل تیم فنی خود در یکی از پروژههای مرتبط با بازرسی فنی، ارزیابی تجهیزات صنعتی و مدیریت ریسک تجهیزات، از افراد واجد شرایط برای موقعیت شغلی کارشناس یا تکنسین مهندسی بازرسی فنی دعوت به همکاری مینماید.
حوزه اصلی فعالیت
- بازرسی فنی تجهیزات، کالا و اقلام صنعتی
- بررسی مدارک فنی و کیفی
- کنترل انطباق مشخصات تجهیزات با الزامات پروژه
- مشارکت در تهیه گزارشهای بازرسی
- همکاری در فعالیتهای مرتبط با RBI / Risk Based Inspection
شرایط مورد انتظار
- فارغالتحصیل رشتههای مرتبط از دانشگاههای معتبر کشور؛ ترجیحاً مهندسی مکانیک، مواد و متالورژی، شیمی، نفت، صنایع یا رشتههای مرتبط
- آشنایی با بازرسی تجهیزات ثابت، اقلام صنعتی، مدارک فنی، گواهیها و استانداردهای بازرسی
- توانایی بررسی مدارک کیفی نظیر ITP، MTC، Datasheet، نقشهها، گواهیهای آزمون و گزارشهای بازرسی
- آشنایی با مفاهیم خوردگی، مکانیزمهای تخریب، تستهای غیرمخرب و الزامات کنترل کیفیت
- آشنایی با مفاهیم اولیه RBI، ارزیابی ریسک تجهیزات و اولویتبندی بازرسیها مزیت محسوب میشود
- دقت بالا، مسئولیتپذیری، توانایی گزارشنویسی فنی و علاقهمند به کار در محیط پروژهای و صنعتی
