Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Associate to join us.
  • In this role, you will leverage our partner's extensive merchant customer base to source and qualify SME lending opportunities for Yubi MENA's Enterprise Loans offering.
  • You will conduct outbound calls to merchants and business owners, identify financing needs, and pitch tailored lending solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to Partner's merchant customer base to identify SME financing opportunities and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on business profile, financing needs, and fit for Yubi Enterprise Loans offerings.
  • Schedule follow up meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants by understanding their evolving business needs.
  • Effectively pitch Yubi's Enterprise Loans, highlighting key benefits, flexibility, and competitive advantages tailored to SME requirements.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and articulate how Yubi's solutions address their specific business challenges.
  • Anticipate and professionally handle objections, converting hesitation into opportunity.
  • Maintain a consultative approach, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than a sales representative.
  • Accurately enter lead data, call logs, and customer interactions into the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Track and report key metrics including call volume, lead conversion rates, qualified lead count, and pipeline value.
  • Provide regular updates to the Front line Sales Managers and team leadership on lead quality, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Participate in weekly team syncs and performance reviews, sharing best practices and learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation roles, preferably in financial services or SME lending.
  • Strong understanding of SME financing, working capital needs, and business lending products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
