Inside Sales Specialist

Playtolabs is an e-learning platform that provides hands-on learning experiences in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) for students aged 7 years and above.

The platform offers practical courses and projects designed to help students develop technical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with parents to understand their child’s learning needs, and present Playto Labs’ products and classes in a clear and compelling manner.

Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos or consultations over phone and video, managing follow-ups, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

The Inside Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, coordinate with the operations and academic teams for smooth onboarding, and work consistently to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role also involves resolving basic customer queries, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in managing sales pipelines and meeting conversion goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain product value to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling objections, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in education, edtech, or consumer sales and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business, marketing, or related fields preferred) and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
