Inside Sales Representative

Key responsibilities include

• Manage warm inbound lead enquiries via phone, email and web.
• Answer calls, make calls, assess customer needs, prepare quotes and onboard new customers.
• Go the extra mile to provide a best-in-class, personalised customer experience.

• Reliable, team player and willing to contribute to a fantastic team culture.
• Tele-sales or phone-based customer service experience. No waste industry experience required – comprehensive training and support provided.
• A people person who is excited about a full-time, permanent role with a global leader in sustainability.
• Confident speaking with customers and uncovering their needs, with resilience and tenacity.
• Positive and motivated when faced with customer objections or a “no”.
• Comfortable using technology, including CRM and operating systems.
